By accessing or using the GeoCricket website and game (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service is a daily cricket geography game covering all cricket — Tests, ODIs, T20s, IPL, WPL and World Cups. Each day offers six questions; you tap the map to guess where each cricket moment happened and score points based on accuracy. Each day offers one round only; a far miss scores 0 runs — there are no outs.
The Service is provided free of charge, "as is," and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
3. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to hack, destabilize, or adapt the Service, or falsely imply that another website is associated with the Service.
- Use automated scripts, spiders, or bots to interact with the Service or to submit scores.
- Attempt to alter recorded scores, replay completed rounds to change results, or farm multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards.
4. Intellectual Property and Affiliation Disclaimer
The layout, design, questions, and original code of this Service are the property of GeoCricket. The Service is an original, independent project and is not affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by any third party.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
